My experience with RR has been amazing thus far. Jamie was dispatched and he showed up promptly with a smile. He was very detailed and explained all the steps to ensure that I was confident with the current repair and all of the future events. In an hour, Anthony came to help with the next step which included locating the water and determining the damage. I was completely taken care of and they helped me feel at ease. I was able to unpack my overnight bag because my pipes were fixed that night. I was so happy to have the opportunity to sleep in my own bed. Thank you!
At first I attempted to make the visit online. When I didn't hear back I called,the person who answered the phone was so polite. She determined what I needed,then checked the online msg to be sure no to have 2 appts. They were able to fit me in same day I called, since I was not working that was appreciated. Jakai showed up as scheduled,he Saud he'd been here last visit,called us a Rotorooter family!!! So nice,explained how he was going to resolve the issue. Did so quickly,showed me the gunk he cleaned,suggested preventive measures,cleaned up after he was done. EXCELLENT WORK...THANKS.
The team at Roto-Rooter is incredible. I was out of town and my mother was house sitting. She was having toilet issues after business hours and someone was there to fix it within the hour. They even ensured that a female staff member came in addition to the technician to ensure my mother felt safe as she was alone at the time. They were incredible kind and fixed the issue quickly.
Highly recommend! It’s always unfortunate when things go wrong in your home, so having a great customer experience helps. AL was great! He explained everything from the time he arrived until the time he completed replacing my new water heater. Very professional and personable. 10/10 customer service!
