I own a few properties in the Atlanta area. Few weeks ago I received an extremely high water bill at a vacant property. I found this company online and decided to give them a call. They determined there was no leak, showed me proof, and even sent a letter for my water company. Yesterday I received a call from a tenant at another property informing me they heard water pouring in the basement and it was flooded in raw sewage. The owner came out immediately. He discovered the problem right away and had it fixed in no time. He explained in detail what the cause was, how it could be prevented in the future and what he was going to do step by step to get my home cleaned out, sanitized and back in safe living condition. I was going to file an insurance claim but decided to pay out of pocket once I saw my deductible was extremely high and to avoid any increase in my premium. They were supportive in my decision, and even gave me a discounted rate which they did not have to do. The owner and his employees are honest, hard working, and very knowledgeable in the plumbing field. I will absolutely only use Morris Plumbing for all of my (plumbing) needs in the future at every single one of my properties. They travel all over! Anyone who calls them, are in great hands.
Great professional work . We needed a toilet replacement . We asked him to simple look at our second bathroom and with out hesitation he jumped right on fixing that bathroom for a decent price . Will be using him for other projects in the future. Excellent work Also didn’t take all day another plus
Mr. Morris delayed leaving for his own trip out of state on a Friday afternoon to replace a burned-out ejector pump in my home's basement apartment. He noticed other failures in the existing pipe installation and agreed to return after his trip to repair them. Honest, skilled, and responsive - just what you want in a plumber!
I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Morris Thursday. I found out that morning that I had a leak in my front yard that has been leaking for well over two weeks. So I needed help fixing my outside under ground pipe asap. Called Mr. Morris he was in my neighborhood said he come over in about two hours and sure enough he arrived at 4:30 dig up the hold gave me a GREAT estimate within about 1 1/2 hours it was fixed keep in mind it was raining no storming but him and his working did not stop until it was fixed.
Morris handled everything!! Other plumbers couldn’t find the leak and assumed it was coming from the slab. He found the leak in the wall in 7 minutes saving me $400 on a slab leak detection company. When it comes to plumbing and home repairs, you need someone with real experience!! Wish I would’ve found him long ago.
