Kyle and Charlie delivered exceptional service. Their honesty and commitment to following through stood out and made the experience smooth from start to finish. I had an emergency with my septic tank and called Delta on a Friday evening (6/20/25) to see when I could get some help. Tim and Tyler were at my home Saturday morning (6/21/25) to fix the problem. They took the caps off the tanks to have a look, and ewww! The previous owner of the home hadn't serviced the tanks in a long time. Tim said probably 10 years! The sellers disclosure said otherwise but the proof is in the potty, um pictures. I haven't been in this home for a year yet and did not expect this problem. Anyway, Tim and Tyler took care of the tanks, explained everything to me, and did not have to tear up my lawn. Tim explained the importance of keeping the tanks pumped and the filter changed, as well as using the Bio granules.These guys were very respectful of my home and my time. Thank you Tim and Tyler! When I tell you, they did an amazing job. Mr. Kyle was very helpful, and very knowledgeable he gave us information that we needed to know that we didn’t know as first time homebuyers. He also gave use great information on the things to do and not to do to make sure that our septic tank is useable to ensure we don’t have any other issues. So grateful for his knowledge.
Dylan, Austin, Cameron and crew were superb. Prompt service, explained all details very well (because Heaven knows I didn't know the first thing about septic systems before today), were quite courteous and efficient. Glad to be employing Delta for routine maintenance from now on!
