I found Holly online (new to the city) I have mixed children and she told me she couldn't cut them correctly, which I understand. She was honest and most stylist are greedy and don't care. She has done my hair and now my mother and my uncle go to her. She's a gem. Sweet lady, accommodating and Clean!
Holly is absolutely the best for color and style. I have used her a long time and will not use anyone else. Highly recommend her.
If I could give a minus I would. I came in with color on my ends and had all of the color cut off 1 visit before getting getting my hair colored. Now I am a licensed hairdresser so please keep that in mind. I made the color appointment a few days after getting my cut. I was the only one there and then another client showed up and she decided to put me under the dryer to speed up the bleaching process. She left me under the dryer quite awhile and later all my hair started breaking off . As a rule you do NOT put a client with bleach on their hair under the dryer because it can cause chemical burns and breakage. I thought she was only going to warm it up for a couple minutes not leave me under there until she was done coloring another client. This is what happens when you become greedy and double book clients. My hair was healthy with no color (virgin hair). A simple bleach with foils should not have caused the amount of damage that was done to my hair. Most of the hair by my neck has broken off at about two inches which isn’t bad if you have a pixie cut, but I don’t, my hair is to the middle of my back. So you see how upsetting it is to pull your hair up and everything underneath is broken off. Not to mention the quality of my hair now is completely fried! I can’t believe a person could be so greedy, selfish and unkind when you are in the business of making people feel better about themselves with a new cut or color. This person should never be allowed to work with the public! Be warned if you value the integrity of your hair don’t trust her! I could explain chemically why you don’t put bleach and heat together but it’s pretty boring so just know that the bleach creates a chemical response and heats up the hair and swells the cuticle removing the color but when you have too much heat it actually melts and or breaks the hair. It can also burn your scalp and skin. Not a good idea. Tread carefully if you decide to enter this house of horrors!

Life is ALWAYS better with the RIGHT hairdresser!! I was raised by a hairdresser family. So, my standards are high. I have traveled all over after searching reviews & never came home with the hair style I showed & fully explained! I visited Holly's salon with 2 males in my life who go there. Watching her in action I knew she was IT. I grew out my prior attempt and went to Holly today. Before I brag about my own hair....let me tell you! This woman can time manage like a champion! One new call in came ...I wish so bad I recorded her reaction! She was from Dunwoody. Had 2 young children & dropped them off at her parents. She hadn't had her hair done in a year. She showed Holly a picture. When Holly was done...this woman could not stop saying omg, it looks amazing! It looks just like the picture! That never happens! That she will always come there now & is telling her sister too! I was so happy for her! I myself am usually a TON of nerves hoping I get what I want. NOT TODAY! I was super confident because I'd seen her skills in action. It takes a long time to do my hair....I relaxed...took a nap! Lol! Had wonderful conversation with Holly & her husband! AND MY HAIR!!!!!!!! Because I adore Holly I have to support her! But a part of me wants to keep her my little secret lol! Holly is the JAM!!!!!!!!!! If you want to leave feeling yourself...Go to Holly!!!
