My experience with RR has been amazing thus far. Jamie was dispatched and he showed up promptly with a smile. He was very detailed and explained all the steps to ensure that I was confident with the current repair and all of the future events. In an hour, Anthony came to help with the next step which included locating the water and determining the damage. I was completely taken care of and they helped me feel at ease. I was able to unpack my overnight bag because my pipes were fixed that night. I was so happy to have the opportunity to sleep in my own bed. Thank you!
Highly recommend! It’s always unfortunate when things go wrong in your home, so having a great customer experience helps. AL was great! He explained everything from the time he arrived until the time he completed replacing my new water heater. Very professional and personable. 10/10 customer service!
Great Customer service from on site plumbers is always great. Never difficult to get an appointment. However..their pricing is just insane. I understand making a profit. But there is a point where the price point doesn't make you feel good. Paying that high cost flat rate was a put off and I went with another operation for my next project.
At first I attempted to make the visit online. When I didn't hear back I called,the person who answered the phone was so polite. She determined what I needed,then checked the online msg to be sure no to have 2 appts. They were able to fit me in same day I called, since I was not working that was appreciated. Jakai showed up as scheduled,he Saud he'd been here last visit,called us a Rotorooter family!!! So nice,explained how he was going to resolve the issue. Did so quickly,showed me the gunk he cleaned,suggested preventive measures,cleaned up after he was done. EXCELLENT WORK...THANKS.
I had an excellent experience with Jamal! He was incredibly fast, effective, and knowledgeable. From the moment he arrived, he assessed the issue quickly and got straight to work. Not only did he fix the problem efficiently, but he also took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. On top of that, he was friendly and professional throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Jamal, for anyone in need of a reliable plumber! As a note I have warranty and could have waited due to him being so efficient I decided to pay more as they could arrive 2 days earlier than warranty! Will reach out to him for future needs and send my friends to this place because of him!
