Connor did a great job installing my water heater and gave me a fair price (the competitors were trying to rip me off). He was thorough and explained the entire process along the way. I took the best HOT shower after and would definitely recommend him and Rotor Rooter for my next install.

Connor was absolutely thorough in pinpointing our issue that happened to be a bust pipeline near the mainline outside the house. Entire home was receiving water on the inside. His job definitely wasn’t the most pleasant since we have crawl space under the house to get to the reducing valve. Connor was extremely professional and helpful. And didn’t complain. Definitely deserves a raise for his willingness to fully resolve our issue. Highly recommend him for any plumbing job.
