Been a customer for a long time but recently new staff is just begging for tips and questions if you don't tip for 7 minutes of a haircut (that's all i do). The owner is good but since she chooses more money giving customers to herself so experience is being ruined as staff messes up haircuts and sides is usual. Also staff tries to charge high and then you have to tell them it's wrong before they correct it yet demands a tip on the top.

Went to Rozy’s this afternoon and asked for an eyebrow wax. The lady messed up my left eyebrow, filled it in with a pencil, lied and told me there was 1 hair extra that came off and so she filled it in for me. She then said she’s not going to wax the other eyebrow and just thread it. Once I got home, I wiped my eyebrow and saw this.

Tanu did very good waxing for me and didn’t make me wait at all. she took me immediately and did it very fast so it didn’t hurt at all. rozy was all very nice and receptive. overall i had a great experience and would highly recommend their salon for all ur needs

I have been going to Rozy for years now and my color is always perfect as well as the haircuts. I have even brought my husband here and he has had an equally wonderful experience! Rosie and her staff are a joy to deal with any entire experiences so pleasant. Highly recommend Rozy and her team to anyone looking for a salon! I have tried locations in Atlanta, and she is by far the best.
